Paul Braun
Vice President – Land
Paul C. Braun joined KCS Resources, Inc., in 1998, serving in many Land and managerial capacities, including Gulf Coast Vice President-Land, until the company was merged with Petrohawk Energy in July 2006. At Petrohawk, Mr. Braun worked as a Land Manager responsible for Land activities in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Prior to KCS, Mr. Braun had a successful career as a Senior Landman for several companies, including Medallion Production Company, Samson Resources and Texas Oil & Gas.
Mr. Braun, a Certified Professional Landman, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 1979 and Petroleum Land Management degree in 1981 from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Braun has over 25 years experience in the energy business and is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen.
