Grace Scasny
Vice President – Operational Accounting
Ms. Scasny joined the Company as Vice President – Operational Accounting in November 2007. Ms. Scasny comes to Milagro with over 24 years of operational accounting experience which includes revenue, production, joint interest and property accounting processes and project management. Prior to joining Milagro, Ms. Scasny was with Constellation Energy Commodities Group as Director of Operational Accounting. From 1999 to 2005, Ms. Scasny served in various operational accounting roles at El Paso including Director of Production/Revenue Accounting and System Control, and Manager of Property and Joint Interest Accounting where she served in various project manager roles involving development of a Production/Revenue Accounting system, Joint Interest Billing System, and in-house developed customizations such as Capital Tracking. She started her oil and gas career at Texaco. Ms Scasny received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Baylor University.i
